From 1 month GTPL broadband not working properly so I mailed the GTPL concerned team about the adding extra days but from 10 days waiting finally company got revert me but the internet issue is same. In a week 3 day internet not working properly. And i pay full money of the year.
If I pay money then why the internet provider not giving good service.
Kindly raise my complaint to GTPL and also this internet issue impacts on my work.

I M Prashant Bharadia Your Customer From Jamngar, Gujarat. ,I Have Complaint About My Network Related Issue, I Have 40 MBPS Plan At My Home For School & Internet Classes After One Year I Have Requested Your Executive For Renewal And I Got The 60 MBPS Paln ( @6100 Rupees) On Regular LAN Cable & After This From 15 Days Or More I Constantly Getting Problems in My Network Like,Low Speed,Net Disconnect,No Internet Etc, I Have Complained Many Many Times From Call Ans Application They Come Everyday And Check All And. Doing Some Changes After This Also I am Facing Same Issue ,Still Now They Told That In WiFi You Ger Only 40 MBPS Speed And In Cable Connection You Will Got 60.
When I Was Renewal Of My Plan to 40 to 60 MBPS, Your Executive Mr.Jay Chauhan (Jamngar Sales Dept.) has Not Informed About This Type Of Protocol For Wifi & Cable Connection.
As,I Have Still Issue of This One Your, Good Service Engineer Mr.Gautam Changani Have Tryed Too Much For Solutions But Not Solved,Still He is Helping Very Much ( Great Service From Gautam Sir).But Your Sales Person Mr.Jay Chauhan Not Replying In Any of My Message And I Have Also Warned For Complaining In Higher Class ,Still Not A Single Reply...
So,Sir I Am Tired Of Your Network Problems.. I Don't Want This Type of Service ..So Get Your Connection Back And Give My Money Return...... Within Few Days or 1 Week.
After One Week I Will Coordinate With Grakh Suraksha Kendra Whis This Complaint. I Warn You..of This.
And Also I Have 7 Connection in My Group I Will Also Inform To Cancle All 7 Connection And Others Also About This.
