One parcel was booked on 03 may 2021, from Delhi to koria, chattisgarh from kex (kusum express service) courier ( tracking ID K-10078019). Kex people kept it with themselves for 4 days and then on 07 may 2021, they handed it to professional courier (tracking ID Del 525255890). Kex people told me that it will reach to me within 3-4 days. Till today the parcel has not reached to us. They have cheated us. Initially they told that the parcel will delivered within 4 days. Latter they said by 10-11 may, now they are not responding to my phone calls also.
