I am Mritunjai Vashishtha. For my better future I enrolled myself in simplilearn for tbe course"PG in data Analytics" in November. At the time of the admission I have asked simplilearn many times this course is right for me or not, they told me yes and yes. Till December everything was good because in December only excel thing have covered. After December the problem got started, i have connected with them and noone helped me. They never called me back never replied my email. Now i am facing this problems since 5 months, its been 5 months. In the meanwhile one day a learner consultant callled me and I have told her my problem she said i am sorry but this course is not for you. You were suggested for wrong course and this is not her only others people of your team said me same thing. Now because of you guys I am paying the amount and you are not refunding me because of yours mistake. I know they have 7 days refund policy but in my case they have assigned me on wrong class at the beginning. I have already one month late in my class. You
These people are also saying me I should have connected with them that time when I was having this problem, i have connected with them but noone helped that time. One more thing they have such a poor customer service, i am asking something they are replying me something else. They always do this thing, they don't even read my email and replied me. They are saying i am not eligible for refund but what about their mistakes. I am paying for their mistakes. I have connected to their senior management about cancellation of this course but they are not replying me. Its been 2 weeks already, I know they don't care but thats my hard earn money, i will do whatever it takes. Please help me here.
